Halloween 2009

We had a fun Halloween this year with our Clone Troopers and baby tiger. Both boys had school parties on Friday and then we went to the Trunk or Treat and Chili Cook Off that evening at our church.

Halloween itself was fairly low-key until actual trick or treating. Jake took the boys out while Lucas and I stayed home to pass out candy. Jake says the boys did a very good job of saying "trick or treat" at each door and especially of remembering to say thank you afterward. They ran into Joshua's best friend from school, his family and some other friends and they all ended up going around together. The whole evening had a really nice neighborhood feel to it.

Lucas wore the baby tiger costume that all three of our boys have now worn for their first Halloween. So fun!

This picture makes me just want to scoop him up and squeeze him!

Daniel's preschool party -- he's front and center

And here are just a couple of shots I got of Daniel on his preschool class field trip to the pumpkin patch last week

What a fun time! I'll bet the boys are smiling really hard under those masks!

Ohhh so darling - all 3 of them. Could anyone not want to squeeze little Lucas in that costume? So adorable. Your boys look as cute as ever!

Love the trooper outfits. For some reason, I just don't think my two daughters would want to wear any storm trooper outfits. However, they may prefer a Princess Leia outfit (my 4-year-old daughter is totally into the princess thing and I don't think she'll ever grow out of it with the strong reinforcement from her mother). :-)
